"Yuki London Properties" operates in the London property market since 2008

The company covers the prime residential areas in London thanks to our privileged contacts with around 40 local agents. The company is registered with Lonres (the most exclusive and prestigious website on the London property market) accessible (under payment) only to professional operators with proven track record and experience.
Lonres gives access to OFF market properties and allows to monitor new offers well in advance compared to the mass market.

During the years "Yuki London Properties" has also identified a network of legal (lawyers), financial (mortgage brokers) and service advisors that have proven high capability in dealing with foreign buyers.

For Purchases

Yuki London Properties works on a "success fee" basis.
We charge 2% of the property value, only in the event that the transaction goes through at the exchange of contracts.

In addition, Yuki London Properties charges a starting fee of £1000 (non refundable). This is required in order to cover the expenses incurred, and to pay for the services which are carried out by Yuki London Properties.

For Sales

Yuki London Properties works on a "success fee" basis.
We charge 1.5% of the property value, only in the event that the transaction goes through at the exchange of contracts.

In addition, Yuki London Properties charges a starting fee of £1000 (non refundable). This is required in order to cover the expenses incurred, and to pay for the services which are carried out by Yuki London Properties.

For Lettings

For searches up to 50sqm the fee is of £500 one off.
For lettings we ask one month of the property rent to Yuki London Properties, payable at the time of the exchange of contracts and 1000 pounds to pay immediately not refundable to start the search and cover all the expenses.
