PRIVACY INFORMATION - GDPR 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation)

Pursuant to art. 13-14 of EU Regulation 2016/679 and in relation to the information that will come into possession, for individual  and other entities protection regarding the processing of personal data, we inform you of the following:

1. The purpose of the processing will be exclusively to send the information requested by You
2. The data will be processed and stored with tools, including electronic  ones, to ensure their security.
3. The provision of data requested from you for the purposes referred to in point a) above is optional and not mandatory.
4. Any refusal from you to provide us with data for processing will however make it impossible for us to proceed in sending the requested information.
5. The processing of the data provided and its scope divulgation will in any case be limited to our company.

Your Rights

At any time, in accordance with Articles 15 to 22 of EU Regulation no. 2016/679, you may exercise the right to:

a) request confirmation as to whether or not their personal data exist;

b) to obtain and indicate the purposes of the processing, the categories of personal data, the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be disclosed and, where possible, the storage period;

c) obtain the rectification and erasure of the data;

d) to obtain the limitation of the processing;

e) to obtain portability of the data, i.e. to receive the data from a data controller, in a structured format which is commonly used and readable by an automatic device, and to transmit the data to another data controller without hindrance;

f) oppose the processing at any time and also in the case of processing for direct marketing purposes;

g) object to automated decision making concerning individuals, including profiling.

h) request the data controller to access and rectify, erase or restrict the processing of personal data concerning him or her or to object to their processing, in addition to the right to data portability

i) withdraw consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on consent given prior to the withdrawal;

 j) lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

By sending the request the user declares to have read the information and to accept it in full.
